  3. I read a lot of books. And then, I often forget what I read. I have never forgotten the words and the emotion in Everyday Matters. I read it many years ago and from time to time still thumb through it. My sincere condolences to you and your son in the loss of your wife and mother.

  14. i’m so sorry to read of your wife Patti’s passing. it is such a deep loss. i hope that you are finding ways for you and your son to see her still showing up around you. i have found with loss that the memories flutter in and out of my body, mind, thoughts in the most random times, and those are when i think the people i’ve lost are trying to tell me something, trying to remind me to pay attention.
