A propos of nothing, the Coen Brothers are shooting their new movie in my neighborhood, turning the clock back to 1962, one of the heydays of Greenwich Village
Cool to see all the old cars, but it’s a little unrealistic them all being so shiny new don’t you think?
Must have been a day when everyone went out and washed their cars at the same time. LOL
The Cohen brothers are from my neighborhood originally, so naturally I have a fondness for them. Love their movies. (St. Louis Park, MN). I met them years ago when they had done a small film and were looking for investors. The film eventually made it to the big screen. Can’t remember the name of it. So fun to remember that I knew them when.. (ha ha) – kind of.

Sorry, Lynn , the picture doesn’t make clear that they were anything but shiny and new — they were all filthy actually.
