I can’t wait until it is available for purchase. I read your books over and over. I enjoy the way you write and love your drawings and paintings. They never fail to make me smile.
That wallpaper behind you is the bomb! I’ve given several of your books to my 91-year-old mother over the years. This morning she was reading “An Illustrated Life” and found a copy of one of your blog posts (from July 2007, called “Confirmation”, I think) that I had tucked in the book. It really resonated with her and she said she wants to make a copy of it and send it to all her kids and grand-kids and that she wished she had been able to read it when she was younger. So just wanted to thank you for all your drawings and your words and for putting them down on paper (or screen ;->) for us. Looking forward to hearing about your new book!
I just read “Clarification”. Thank you Lisa for calling our attention to this blog piece. Thank you Danny for taking the time to write it and share it. The last sentence really says it all: “The drawings don’t matter, the drawing does.”

I would like to read “Confirmation” also. Is there a way to share a link to where I can find it. I appreciate anything you can do Lisa.
