I have returned to New York just in time to do this week’s homework assignment for “Expressing” at Sketchbook Skool. Our new teacher, Sabine Wisman asked us to try our hands at making an infographic and, despite jet lag and dirty laundry, I did my best.

Thanks Danny, you might just have gotten me intrigued enough to do this assignment! Wasn’t feeling the energy on this one!

Never knew so many interesting things about camels. Have seen them at the San Diego Zoo and them were very very smelly! Did the kids speak English at the school?

That’s a great info graphic! I mean even on Jet lag and with dirty laundry, your creativity is pretty great! I may be overthinking this now-since I’m having trouble on step one…on another note, Camels fascinate me. I rode one once when I was two and I’ve always thought they were interesting. (We lived overseas) You have to admit, they look pretty cool and are interesting. I love how you rendered them in your drawings. Now, to find my topic…

You are on one great funny roll with these homework videos. Those camel drawings are the best. Oops! Watching your video I realize I didn’t get Infographic at all and need to redo my homework. Cheers-Darlene

Extrodinairy animals those camels, but loved to see them on your video and of course on your drawings. I would like to draw them only that they are mostly far away from visitors in a zoo. You can’t come close. Thanks for all that inspiration you post.

I needed an infograph to explain the purpose of the infographs!! Watching this video and seeing other students work has made things much clearer, thank you.

Thanks Danny I always be inspired by your video’s! Thanks this time…because it looks like that sometimes people are doing the same thing without knowing at the other side of the world….and this time when I start Expressing….. I all ready bought in october a special writing pen the 2.4 Pilot parallel pen and start writing. And then Koosje’s klas came up with handwriting! . And Last week I started Indesign…so now you’re coming up with this program too (it exist of course already for a long time, but nevertheless I discovered it now). So here is my question: you print it out via school library you say and it looks like that you used a thicker paper is this correct? What kind of paper? Thanks for answering my question.

Brilliant! I thought you were going to say that the camel spit in your face. I had a llama do that to me once. To this day I am not thrilled with llamas.
