Thank you for this. It is so interesting. I find that as I get older it is actually easier to have ideas and maintain the art habit – more so than when I was younger. Also, what a wonderful thing it is to be engaged in something that we can get better at as we age.

This is totally amazing for me as a 73 year old Masters swimmer (I started back swimming about 9 years ago) and a woman who started making painted journals about 12 years ago and started skb about a year ago. I must confess that the discipline of swimming is much easier than the discipline of the art! Loved your earlier book on swimming!
